Kaleido Family Arts Festival 2025

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #744504

    1 for $5.00; 100 tickets
    10 for $10.00; 1500 tickets
    50 for $25.00; 18000 tickets
    200 for $50.00; 36000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: October 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: October 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 p.m. MDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at THE CARROT COMMUNITY ARTS COFFEEHOUSE, EDMONTON

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://artsontheave.rafflenexus.com/winners on October 1, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: artsadmin@artsontheave.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at artsadmin@artsontheave.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Celebrate 20 years of Kaleido Family Arts Festival! Our Hearts will be A-Glowin’ September 5-7, 2025. This free festival by Arts on the Ave and Kaleido will fill hearts with music, art, and wonder in the Alberta Avenue District. Experience a transformative festival where the audience becomes artists, creatively reclaiming the streets.

Thanks to our arts community, supporters, volunteers, and generous friends, we bring this unheard-of free arts festival to life through our 50/50 raffle. Your generosity is at the heart of it all!
